Call 877-337-4748
Press 1 when Sirius answers.
Press 1 when it asks for the channel you want (Channel 1 is the Top 40 channel).
When it asks, press 1 again to make a request.
Enter 623 to request Madonna.
Press 1 to confirm and then leave them a nice message if you want.
